Olivier Calloud

Olivier Calloud has been the CEO of the Swiss private bank Piguet Galland since 2011. He graduated from Sciences Po Paris and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He began his career at Arthur Andersen and Lombard Odier before joining Frank Galland as COO in 2005.

Throughout his leadership, HR management and corporate culture have been central to his corporate vision. He successfully fosters collective intelligence and inclusion to navigate major industry transformations, including digitalization and AI. Under his guidance, the bank earned B Corp certification in 2023 and received the CCIG Equality Prize in 2024. He also championed a breakthrough HR policy ensuring that 100% of employees receive continuous training annually. Today, he drives a strong human-centric leadership approach, prioritizing workforce employability, team alignment, and continuous personal development.
